Next steps:

  1. Continue to check your email: you'll see something from me with two quick forms to fill out. Hit reply and let me know what day you'd like to start. If you don't see anything from me, type Abby Waleik into your search bar and make sure the emails from me aren't marked as spam. Ask all the questions you need
  2. Your payment cycle will begin on the start date you choose, and you’ll be billed monthly thereafter. The cost is just $37/month or $35/month if you set up auto-payments. Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel any time.
  3. Once your first payment is made, I’ll send you the link to the group. 
  4. I will go live with our workouts, Monday through Friday (the weekly schedule will be posted in the group). These  workouts are strategically programmed help you maintain, strengthen and build certain muscle groups, while allowing others to rest. Showing up Monday - Friday will yield faster results but if you want to start with just 3 days/week, I would suggest Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
  5. In the event that I am sick or on vacation, you'll still have access to a library of previous workouts to carry on. 
  6. In my experience, getting your workout in first thing in the morning is key for consistency but if the time doesn't work for you, you can catch the replay later in the day. 
  7. Continue to check your email. I will be sending helpful info and PDF's over the next few days to get you started on the right foot! If you don't see emails from me, please let me know!
